Value-Added Local Food Certificate

The Value-Added Local Food Certificate prepares individuals who are involved with, or plan to pursue a career related to the culinary or agricultural field and want to focus in the area of local foods. This certificate will prepare an individual with employment opportunities including entrepreneur, chef, and restaurant manager.
