Robert Hilgenbrink retired as the CFO at Southwestern Illinois College after 10 years and has been in the role of Vice President for business or administrative services at three other Illinois community colleges for a combined total of 33 years. He was active and held leadership positions in the Central Association of College and University Business Officers (CACUBO) and the Illinois Community College Chief Financial Officers (ICCCFO). Mr. Hilgenbrink was named International Outstanding Chief Business Officer in 2008 by the Community College Business Officers. Previously, he served on the Sustainability Advisory Panel at the National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO). Rob holds a B.A. degree in History from Quincy College and an M.A. degree in Economics from Western Illinois University.

After a 30-year career in the construction industry as a residential and commercial contractor, Tim Gibson began teaching in the John A. Logan College (JALC) Construction Management Program in 2006. As a faculty member, he taught a range of courses in construction management and applied technology focusing on green building and energy efficiency. As Coordinator of Sustainability at JALC, Tim established the JALC Sustainability Center and the JALC Green Committee. He retired from JALC in 2020 after serving as Director of Sustainability and Director of Buildings and Grounds. Tim has worked with IGEN since 2010 in various capacities including college liaison, state-wide IGEN project coordinator, and technical consultant. He has been a member of the IGEN administrative team since 2014.

Mr. Reany has a degree is in Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis. He has been involved with Illinois Community College academics for 15 years. Prior to joining IGEN, he served as a Program Coordinator, Instructor, Recruiter, Retention and Job Placement, and Director for Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity grant projects. Bill has been with IGEN as Program Manager for the U.S. DOE Solar Training cooperative agreement partnerships. Bill enjoys historic preservation and his rescued miniature dachshund Esme.

Brad McCormick retired as Vice President for Business Services and Facilities, and Chief Financial Officer at John A. Logan College in Carterville, IL. Brad brings his leadership and data analysis skills along with valuable expertise in college finance and business operations, project planning, energy procurement, and solar installations to the IGEN team. He has a BA in Finance/Economics from Union University and an MBA from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville.
